As a modernist my research interests focus on minorities in the Middle especially Jews in contemporary Egypt in the exodus of the fifties. I examine the intersubjectivities of the religious identity under social and political pragmatics . I work on conversion, identity struggle, integration, immigration and migration. Also, by using the comparative approach I work on Jewish/Islamic discourse and antisemitism, Islamophobia and minorities phobia by drawing a path of inclusion for all. I'm also a linguist who specializes in teaching Arabic through new methodologies. In my research Arabic meets with Hebrew under Peace Studies through the concept of co-existence, documentation and authentication of cultures meeting. I'm a digital humanist as well who specializes on Digital Curation and Gamification (learning through games where I address learning languages with cultural connotations through the ludic theory).
